Teknoware Interior Lighting for ICE4 High-Speed Trains in Germany
Teknoware supplied the interior lighting system for Germany’s new ICE4-type high-speed trains. The project comprised approximately 300 seven and ten-car trains. Deliveries began in spring 2016, with the first order covering 130 trains.
The interior lighting was implemented using the latest generation LEDs. The lighting operations are controlled via a CAN Bus Control System. Special attention has been paid to energy efficiency and travel comfort.
