Future talent—opportunities for students and graduates

At Teknoware, we value and support the talent of the future. We cooperate with various educational institutions and offer a wide range of internships and thesis placements for students and graduates in different fields, in addition to summer jobs. During the summer, we employ around 40-50 summer workers in a wide range of roles: from production to product development, to sales and administration. We offer support during the induction and on-the-job training, because we want everyone to succeed in their jobs.

The lighting and interior design of trains, trams and buses must not only be functional, but stylish too in all situations. The same applies to emergency lighting in buildings and on cruise ships. At Teknoware, we are experts in fulfilling our customers’ wishes and manufacturing reliable products.

For university students, we offer thesis topics in areas such as mechanics, electronics and software development. Diving into the worlds of train and vehicle lighting solutions and emergency lighting for buildings offers participants the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills under the guidance of professionals in the field.
