The Teknoware group is committed to conducting all business activities in an ethical manner with the highest standards of openness, probity and accountability. We value trust, honesty, fairness and integrity and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements in each of our geographical locations, with respect to our employees, suppliers, government and the public, and this is reflected in our code of conduct.

Teknoware Code of Conduct

Teknoware has a zero-tolerance approach to workplace discrimination, modern slavery and human trafficking and our Supplier Code of Conduct ensures we only conduct business with organizations who share our vision.

The code sets out the principles and requirements of behaviour that are expected of employees, suppliers and stakeholders:

• We abide by the law
• We do not accept bribery or corruption
• We do not discriminate; we respect humanity
• We do not tolerate child labour
• We take responsibility for the health and safety of our employees
• We respect the environment

Our Code of Conduct forms the foundation of our business and all employees are obliged to adhere to it. A copy of the code can be obtained from each of our production units.
