Ceiling Panels 

The ceiling of a modern bus, coach or special vehicle is a multifunctional solution with all the features required for a safe and comfortable travel experience, from lighting to air conditioning, integrated in one place. Our ceilings are incredibly durable, lightweight and aesthetically pleasing. The lighting can be direct or indirect. For example, we can create a fully illuminated central ceiling from LED light panels to meet your most demanding requirements.

Partitions and Sidewalls

The materials used in the entrance and luggage partition areas have to be extremely durable because they constantly experience heavy usage and abrasion. We offer flat and formed sidewalls. With formed sidewalls, we can reduce the number of components required for installation. Formed sidewalls are also a lot more aesthetically pleasing when the sidewall rises up and blends seamlessly into the window, without any additional plastic trim.

Coving and Ducting 

Our coving and ducting solutions are fully integrated with vents, access hatches, edge profiles, locks and latches. We offer both flat and formed coves. The coving and ducting can be customized to match the interior of your vehicle. Formed coves are available as standard and lightweight options. Formed coves reduce customer labour and the number of components. In addition, the result is aesthetically pleasing. The panels are large—we can provide structures up to 3 metres long and 1.25 metres wide.

Integrated interior solutions

The Teknoware Into product family is a multi-functional interior solution for buses and coaches which has all features from the lighting and ceiling panels to the air conditioning ducting rolled into one. These stylish ceilings are designed to withstand everything from hard shocks to heat. Hard-wearing but still lightweight, Teknoware Into ceilings are made of high-pressure laminates (HPL). Teknoware Into ceilings are custom made, and dimensions can be varied according to customer requirements. Teknoware Into is designed for use in the automotive industry and fully meets the requirements of UNECE R10 and UNECE R118.
